At PrintsNZ we take pride in producing our artwork. We are extremely careful through each step of the process and are mindful that the end product will be a showpiece in someone's home or office. However should you not be entirely happy with your purchase, or if you receive damaged or a defective print, we will either issue a refund or exchange the item upon its return. You will NOT be charged for shipping or handling fees in returning it to us. The print will need to be returned wrapped in bubblewrap or if unstretched the cardboard tube it was sent in.
